Low pressure PVC Cement

Royal Adhesive’s, Low-Pressure PVC Cement is suitable for U-PVC, C-PVC, and ABS piping. Fast setting with excellent gap filling and joint sealing.

USES

Designed for close-fitting PVC fittings and pipes, waste and sewer water pipes, electrical conduits, PVC gutters, pools and spa piping and low-pressure irrigation installations.

FOR USE

SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove all burr’s then lightly sand the surface that will be bonded and the fittings. Remove all contaminants with a suitable solvent.

APPLICATION

Using the supplied applicator, place a heavy coat on the outside end of the pipe as well as on the inside of the fitting.
Place the pipe into the fitting until it bottoms out. A quarter turn between the fitting and the pipe completes the necessary action.
24 hour cure time before use. Cure times are dependant on humidity, temperature and film thickness. In cold conditions allow for extended time.

Clean excess adhesive with a suitable solvent.(Acetone)
